What kind of ingredients are used in your products? Where are your products made?
MillaShea Body incorporates natural, vegan-friendly, and body-safe ingredients into each product. All products are paraben-free, cruelty-free and handmade responsibly in Richmond, VA.
Can I change or cancel my order once placed?
Once an order is placed, it can not be changed or cancelled. Please be sure to review your order details for correctness and completeness, to include your address details.
My Whipped Body Butter looks like its melting. Is this normal?
Yes. Due to the nature of the ingredients, softening/melting will be a natural reaction to heat, so if your jar is stored in an area that's warm/hot, you should expect the butter to soften or start melting. We recommend storing your products in a room temperature/cool area and away from direct sunlight. If some melting occurs, just give it a quick stir and put the jar in the fridge until the butter hardens to your liking and it will be good to go. The consistency and volume may be a bit different due to melting and re-solidifying. No worries, melting will not alter the beneficial properties of the body butter!
Disclaimer: We have no control over the conditions during transit and delivery, if slight melting does occur. Please keep up with your tracking information, especially during the summer months where temperatures tend to be higher. Thermal/insulated packaging will be used during the hotter months to help prevent melting, however it is not a guaranteed solution. It is your responsibility to retrieve your packages in a timely manner to prevent them from sitting in the sun for hours on your porch or in your mailbox.
What is your Shipping Policy?
Orders are usually processed within 3-4 business days after initial receipt. You will receive an email notice once your order has shipped. If an order is placed on Saturday, Sunday and/or a Holiday, please take in consideration the shipping times, as these days don't count toward processing.
Please note: The processing time may take up to 5-7 business days, therefore the shipping times will vary. The shipping schedule will also vary depending on the time of year an order is placed; For example during the Holiday Season. In addition, MillaShea Body is not responsible for any late shipments due to being given an incorrect or incomplete address, carrier delays and/or errors, and inclement weather.
What is your Return Policy?
We stand by our products and believe you will be satisfied with your order. However, if you are not satisfied with an item you purchased, you have 2 days from the day your order was delivered, to contact us and initiate a return (weekends and holidays are included in that time frame). You are responsible for paying any return shipping costs. Returned items must be repackaged with care, to avoid damage. Once the returned item is received by us, Then a Refund will be issued. (Shipping costs are non-refundable and will not be included in the refunded amount).

Large/Custom orders or Special requests:
A large order is considered 10 or more products to be purchased at one time. All large/custom orders will require an invoice to be generated, to include processing details and shipping costs. Please contact us at millasheabody@gmail.com to discuss the details of your requested order.
